Enjoy delicious fresh ahi tuna delivered to your door. This sashimi-grade tuna boasts a semi-translucent bright red color. Once seared to perfection, this ahi tuna creates a restaurant quality dish.

Every G&M shipment is prepared on shipment day and packed in a styrofoam container with frozen gel packs to ensure items arrive fresh. Your shipment includes:
1. Highly durable insulated styrofoam container for refrigeration
2. Frozen gel packs to keep product cold
3. Tab sealed product containers to keep product fresh
Defrost the tuna in your refrigerator overnight, or under running cold water.
You may grill, sauté, broil, or steam your tuna once it is defrosted.
The tuna must be cooked to an interior temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
G&M recommends grilling your tuna at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes on each side.
