Cooking Instructions
Defrost Meat
Defrost the steak in your refrigerator overnight, or under running cold water.
Cook Meat
You may grill, sauté, broil or bake your steak once it is defrosted.
Internal Temperature
The steak must be cooked to an interior temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium.
Recommendation
G&M recommends grilling your burger at 350 degrees for 4 minutes on each side.
