Cooking Instructions
Defrost Meat
Defrost the burger in your refrigerator overnight, or under running cold water.
Cook Meat
You may grill, sauté, broil or bake your burger once it is defrosted.
Internal Temperature
The burger must be cooked to an interior temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium
